A short break, holiday or a simple day trip is important to our lives and gives us something to look forward to and a chance for adventure, or perhaps some time to relax. With a Caring Hearts Travel Companion you can do just that.

We understand that every person we support has their own needs and requirements and because of this we do everything we can to put together the right support package for each person we support to ensure the event is an enjoyable one.

Who can benefit from supported travel?

Anyone with a support or a health care need, or perhaps someone who requires respite for a loved one as it allows the Carer to take some needed time for themselves.

How does it work?

At Caring Hearts we can give you the freedom to choose when and where you travel and what level of support you require, which is provided by our Holiday companions. You can enjoy a break on your own, with friends or our staff can accompany you for a family holiday and provide support when required.
